January 23rd: from 8:00 to 20:00 the exhibition is open for professionals.
January 24th: from 11:00 to 20:00 the exhibition is open for the public.
January 25th: from 8:00 to 16:00 the exhibition is open for the public.

The exhibition is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The pigeons registered for the exhibition must be ringed with generic rings of the corresponding diameter for the given breed.
The birds must be clinically healthy, and are to be examined by the registering committee and a veterinary doctor, and have a veterinary license.
