About the festival:
SOKOLNIKI BARBECUE FEST is three-day event and one of the hottest festivals in Sokolniki Park:
- Over 30 best restaurants, chefs and true grill experts;
- A real skewer battle: «GRILL BOSS» CHAMPIONSHIP featuring both professionals and amateurs;
- Live music: blues, country and soft rock at main stage;
- A fair of traditional and unusual barbecues and grills as well as everything you need to organize a mini barbecue fest of your own, whether on your balcony or outdoors;
- A large barbecue zone for kids with animators;
- Open air theatre showing romantic movies!
Venue:
The festival will be held in Sokolniki Park, the largest landscaped park in Moscow. Thanks to its location and well-developed infrastructure, the park is perfectly suitable for large-scale entertainment events, providing comfort and safety to all visitors. Sokolniki park has an average estimated weekend attendance of over 100,000 visitors in the month of July.
Locations of the festival: the main alley along the central planter, the Fountain Square, the territory along the 4th Luchevoy prosek. Total area: over 30,000 sq. m. of open-air space right by the main entrance, the area of the park with the highest traffic count.
