Secretary

Requirements: 

  • Working experience in the field no less than 1 year;
  • Higher education;
  • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • High level of literacy;
  • All kinds of office equipment operation;
  • Business custom, dress code.


Responsibilities: 

  • Incoming calls management;
  • Corporate help desk management;
  • Corporate orders and decrees execution control;
  • Efficient office information flow management;
  • Corporate documentation compiling, printing and copying;
  • Cooperation with post offices on incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • President’s personal orders execution.


Conditions: 

Employment in compliance with the RF Labour Code;
Workplace – office near the Sokolniki metro station;
Working hours – 09.00 am – 06.00 pm, the nature of business presupposes working at weekends and on holidays with subsequent compensation.
