Have you just graduated from university? You have great potential? You want to work in a carrier-oriented company? If your answer is “yes”, then this is what you need!
We are hunting for university graduates of various qualifications to embark on our accelerated Manager Internship. The distinctive feature of this 2-4 week course is that it is subject to modification in accordance with individual carrier preferences. At the beginning of the course, you will be able to choose from the two fields: real estate management or exhibition organization. We offer the following subjects to study: marketing, finance, HR management, logistics and production, corporate etiquette.
You will have an opportunity to try your hand at various jobs within the company, as well as to undergo an internship abroad to learn how we do business on an international scale. You will learn the workings of the company’s different departments and acquire some extra knowledge and skills. You will be receiving qualified guidance from an assigned mentor, a line manager throughout the two weeks. You will be authorized to participate in training programmes targeting specific skills in various businesses as well as leadership build-up. Every stage presupposes a particular given task you will have to complete. Your progress will be evaluated in order to decide whether you are fit to continue the course or not. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to apply for a junior manager position to pursue your carrier within the company. We expect you to enter top management in 10 years' time.
Our requirements
We are looking for successful university graduates, for the course presupposes considerable diligence and effort on your part. We need success-oriented professionals who value teamwork. Working experience is not essential. What is essential is self-reliance, determination, positive motivation, and enthusiasm. It is also important to understand the structure of the business and to know how to put the acquired knowledge to practice.
