"Mobile" era

We are looking for effective and ecological solutions to our business issues! One of the brilliant techniques we use is the creation of additional exhibition space at the utilization of prefabricated constructions: mobile pavilions.

May 18, 2008 – is the date of the first event we held in a mobile pavilion. We begun with an experiment and ended with a new global strategy. We have organized more than a hundred mobile presentations, exhibitions and festivals over five years. The geography of our events has considerably expanded, encompassing not only the Moscow region, but other cities as well. Most importantly, mobile pavilions allowed us to make our events closer to nature.

Other exhibition companies picked up our experience: everyone found the freedom of the event venue chooses and the ease of the plan implementation as the very enticing factors. This led to the fact that today's event picture looks very different than a few years ago: many ‘mobile’ events carried out in the most beautiful places on a high quality level appeared.

Thus, our ideas provided a good service to us and to the entire Russian exhibition business as well.

We use pavilions by Röder HTS Höcker GmbH, the world’s best rapid deployment structures manufacturer.

Our concept:

Currently, Sokolniki Museum and Educational Centre can increase the exhibition space by twenty thousand square metres by means of mobile pavilions. Due to flexible assembly patterns we can erect any kind of configuration creating a most convenient venue for any given event within the shortest terms possible and with no harm done to the environment.

Mobile pavilions have a number of undeniable advantages:

  • We can rapidly increase exhibition space on demand;
  • Our range of mobile pavilions allows us to organize an outdoor event of any preferred scale;
  • We choose the most picturesque locations for our events without fear of damaging the environment, for mobile pavilions are harmless for the soil;
  • Neither the summer heat, nor the winter frost can corrupt our pavilions; the equipment we use allows for comfort during any time of the year.

The equipment we use makes our pavilions fully autonomous:

  • 250/1000 kilowatt power generators;
  • Air conditioning and heating;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • WC;
  • Lighting;
  • Lighting, audio equipment, beamers, LCD displays, plasma display panels;
  • A wide range of exclusive and exhibition furniture, (breakout rooms, stand-up meal parties, banquets);
  • Security alarm.

The extra equipment is easily portable; hence all our events, including the travelling events, are conducted with maximum comfort!

A Grand Party at the Village of Rosinka

An entire settlement of mobile pavilions was erected in the village, featuring a large café, a children’s playground and a travelling exhibition of the Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy.

Elite Life

Extraordinary events require an extraordinary setting. The premium class products and services exhibition was held in an open-air format. The pagoda marquees created an entire street of boutiques captivating passers-by with vivid shop windows.

The 2nd International Exhibition of Calligraphy

The International Exhibition of Calligraphy, an event of unprecedented scope, was held in Moscow in 2009. A splendid spacious 3650-square-metre two-storey pavilion was specially erected to make the exhibition unbelievably spectacular!

The 3rd International Exhibition of Calligraphy

This large international event was conducted at the Yaroslav Court in Veliky Novgorod. The total exhibition area was two thousand two hundred square metres. Not only did we deploy the pavilions, but also decorated the interior creating a delicate atmosphere for presenting the refined art of beautiful handwriting.

A pavilion for large-scale events

Our biggest rapid deployment structure’s total area is 3750 square metres. We have assembled it on the premises of Sokolniki Museum and Educational Centre and we use it as a permanent structure for big exhibitions and other large-scale events.

Exhibitions in Sokolniki Park

Some exhibitions and fairs require a simple and easily accessible format, e.g. such popular events as the Russian Bathhouse and Sauna and the Russian Farm Fair are regularly held at the front area of the park inside the pagoda marquees.
