About:
The DANCE & ART EXPO is an ambitious project of an international level which is traditionally held within the framework of the World Dance OLYMPICS, the largest event in the field of dancing; it is the largest exhibition of goods and services for dancing, theatre and a healthy lifestyle. The total area of the exhibition is more than 12,000 square meters.
Apart from the exhibition of a wide range of goods, the programme of the exhibition also includes thematic expositions held within the framework of the concert and an entertainment marathon “11 Days of the World”, numerous presentations, business events, fashion shows, workshops, promotional activities, speeches by famous people, presents and surprises.
One of the aims of the event is to attract the attention of the public to the diversity of the world of dancing, its unique atmosphere which is full of fire and inspiring energy, and to present its joint products and services. The guests have the opportunity to feel the unique atmosphere of dance perfection, charm, delicacy and harmony, which are strongly represented at the sites of the event.
The motto of the exhibition which is “Beauty. Perfection. Motion. Grace” This only partly describes an extensive list of that which is demonstrated at the exhibition.
The main categories of the exhibition are:
— beauty and health;
— history and culture;
— fitness and sport;
— education;
— rehabilitation;
— national ideas and the International.
Special directions of DANCE & ART EXPO 2015 include:
— Pole Sport (PoleExpo), cheer sports/cheerleading (CheerEXPO), and popular art (ArtExpo): this year three new directions will be presented at the exhibition which will add a special flair to the event;
— Ecology: goods and life in ECO style;
— Thematic exposition within the framework of the concert and an entertainment marathon “11 Days of the World” (Day of India, Day of Spain, Day of Russia, Day of the Caucasus, Day of European culture, etc.)
— Open Day at dance schools and creative workshops: expositions, presentations, performances and master classes from the best dance schools and creative workshops of Moscow all on one day – the 5th of May;
In 2015 the event is expected to attract up to 50,000 visitors (it exceeds the statistics of the previous year by 10,000). 45 counties from around the world, 190 cities of the Russian Federation, 65 subjects of the Russian Federation, more than 25,000 participants of the Olympics will take part in the project.
