On January 7, 2019, children of Moscow and the Moscow region are invited to the interactive event, Christmas Sportland in Sokolniki, which will be held in the park of Sokolniki Museum and Educational Centre. Interactive New Year events for children become increasingly popular. The Christmas Sportland, a one of a kind project, will offer 4 hours of magic Christmas time to let each and every parent unlock their kids' talents and creativity. The area of 4000 sq.m. will host over 40 game rooms, workshops and rides, while all active partakers can receive gifts and souvenirs: participants of sport games and contests will get sweet medals for sport achievements, graduates of magic, wizardry, science, technology and enchanting things – master diplomas of Nearly All Science, and all the souvenirs hand made in Ded Moroz’s workshops can be taken away. As a part of magical space, fairy and Christmas installations, every visitor can make a souvenir picture, and also take part in the Christmas Sportland photo contest.
The Moscow Committee of Sport will be distributing invitations to the most sporty families in Moscow; alternatively entrance tickets can be purchased on the official event website: www.sp-land.ru. No ticket is required for children under 4 years old. Sweet presents can be obtained through participating in sports programmes. All items hand made as part of workshops are included in the ticket price.
Sessions are scheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM, and 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
