Target audience: clubs and palaces of the Kontinental, Youth and Women Hockey Leagues; representatives of executive and legislative sport authorities; ice palaces, hockey clubs, and academy managers; heads of municipal entities, administrations, district sport committees, youth athletic centres, managers of Russian and international sport companies, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and media.
Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Sport, ROC, Moscow Sport Committee, Sport-Engineering federal state company, chairmen of regional sport committees, managers of the Kontinental Hockey League and the Russian Ice Hockey Federation will attend the Forum as guests of honour.
