Safety instructions of working with pressurized or liquified gases at pressure up to 150bar

Constant following these rules is going to let your system work long and correct.

How to open

1. Check the pressure reduction gearbox, gas system and control valve to be hermetically sealed. It is important that the pressure reduction gearbox manometers show zero's, if it is not so follow the "how to close" procedure.

2. Open the bottle by turning counterclockwise the valve on it, manometer is to show the pressure near '5', what means 50bar. If it is cold the full bottle pressure may be 40bar and even 30bar. It is forbidden to use a bottle with pressure less than 10bar.

3. Install required injection pressure with the help of rotating reduction gearbox valve (clockwise). The installed pressure must not exceed 15bar. If you want to lower the injection pressure, first you have to follow the "how to close" procedure and then install the desired pressure.

How to close

1. First close the bottle valve. Rotate it clockwise until it stops.

2. Now you need to let the gas escape. Start the engine or turn the key into III position, then press the control button and leave it active for one or two seconds. Now the reduction gearbox manometers have to show zero's again.

3. Close the pressure reduction gearbox, by rotating the valve counterclockwise till there is no resistance to the rotating. Now the system is closed condition.

Good luck.
