Sokolniki camping

 

On May 12, 2011 in central Moscow, in a picturesque Sokolniki Park, the campsite of the same name to be open. The campsite is a joint project of Autocamper Company and Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The new campsite fully corresponds to the European standards and can accommodate the guests all year round. The camping area holds more than 30 caravans and camping trailers. All parking places are marked and equipped with electrical outlets.

For the campers’ comfortable stay there are toilets and showers, mini-kitchen and laundry in the territory of the campsite. Wi-Fi hot spots are also available all around the camp.

Campsite is located in Sokolniki Park, the so-called “pearl of Moscow”. Thus, this gives a lot of opportunities to have an interesting and diverse rest. Above all, the camp is an eco-friendly “isle” of forested area, and it is right in the capital of Russia. The park has four areas of park amusement, billiard room, and sports alley where you can rent roller skates, bicycles, scooters and other sports equipment. In winter a skate rink and ski trails are open for sport lovers in Sokolniki Park.

Annually more than fifty Russian and international exhibitions are held in the pavilions of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre. Their visitors can now stay in a comfortable campsite in the park.

Moreover, walking distance to public transport makes it possible to go on a tour over Moscow, avoiding traffic jams and additional costs.
