After registering at www.sokolniki.com, you will be able to pay for services provided by Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre, in the mode of on-line.

The registration process:

In the section “Online order” click on the tab “Personal area”, in the new-appeared window click on the tab “Data logging”. To complete the registration process, click on the link, which is in the mail sent to your e-mail.

After completing the registration process, select the service you are interested in from the list. In the resulting window, select the desired name of the service and in the section “Add to cart” specify the required amount (pieces) or the time of the service (hour / day). Then click the “Add to cart”; and then click on the “Complete the formalities”. Later in the column “Comments” you have to specify the date of the event, name of event (exhibition, convention, wedding, etc.) and click on the tab “Submit”. Then you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.

Once you place your order online, our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Then you can pay by bank card (VISA, MasterCard, DCL).

Payment by bank card is made by forwarding to the website of electronic payments Assist (www.assist.ru). In Assist system security of payments is provided by using the SSL protocol for transmitting confidential information from client to the system server for subsequent processing. Further transmission via closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection. Collection and processing of client’s confidential data (card details, registration information, etc.) is produced in the processing center, not on our site. Thus, the owners and administrators of www.sokolniki.com can not get personal and bank data of the client, including information on its purchases in other shops.

After the order confirmation page you are redirected to the site Assist for entering the data card. Further, after a successful payment, you will need to click on the confirmation of payment, which will transfer you back to the site www.sokolniki.com, where the message about successful registration of the order will appear.

Implementation of paid orders

Delivery of the rented equipment is not carried out. Equipment and services are provided to the customer in Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre during the preparation and / or holding the event.

Due to strengthening anti-fraud international payment systems, transactions with Visa and EuroCard / MasterCard with empty required field to indicate CVV2/CVC2, will not be accepted for processing by these payment systems.

CVC2 or CVV2 is a special code that is situated  on the back of the credit card. This is a three-digit number that follows the credit card number. CVC2 (or CVV2) helps further identify the customer as a cardholder.

The confidentiality of your bank details and payments are guaranteed by the secure data connection (SSL 3.0), evidenced by certificates Thawte (128 bits) and the systems of ASSIST and CyberPlat, safely used to pay for purchases with plastic cards on the Internet for a long time.

Information about your plastic card is stored encrypted and is only available to you. Payment is considered made after authorization of your credit card. Shop reserves the right to make additional telephone authorization of the payment.

Refund
